Full body massage

This form of treatment is somewhat self-explanatory; a massage that addresses the entire body which treat a huge range of conditions. Not only does it aid physical conditions such as chronic back pain, but it can greatly benefit the mental wellbeing of an individual i.e. mental health & anxiety.

Reflexology is a ground-breaking complimentary therapy that works alongside either medical or therapeutic techniques. This treatment work predominantly on the feet adhering to reflex points that link to other parts of the body. Not only does it serve as a guide or ‘window’ the current state of health regarding a patient, but it aims to promote wellness in all areas of the body. We have witnessed fantastic results with reflexology (coupled with trigger point/acupressure massage) when treating patients who suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Lymphatic drainage massage is a manual technique used to stimulate the flow of lymph (a clear fluid that circulates through the body via the lymphatic system, which plays an important role in your immune system) to relieve swelling, remove toxins and improve overall health.

The lymphatic system comprises of vessels and nodes with lymph, a mixture of water, proteins, waste products and immune system elements. Situated throughout the body, lymph nodes filter all this debris.

Enquiries for MLD are predominantly regarding lymphoedema, lipoedema and pre/post plastic surgery however this form of treatment can help various conditions so if you aren’t experiencing one of the above conditions but have been advised to seek MLD, please do still enquire with us.

Complications with the lymphatic system can result in the following symptoms:

  • Aches & pains
  • Skin discoloration
  • Swelling
  • Heaviness/lack of mobility in limbs
  • Weakness
  • Hardening of the skin
  • Recurring infections

Acupressure Massage (tailored for Erectile Dysfunction patients)

Acupressure massage is the practice of applying pressure to certain trigger points located all over the body through the use of fingers and thumbs – somewhat like acupuncture but without needles. Acupressure can release certain hormones and improve blood circulation. We have witnessed outstanding results regarding this form of massage when treating patients who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) and can now confidently say that this is an effective treatment for ED alongside being non-invasive and free of medication.

Swedish massage

Swedish massage as the name states originated in Sweden and consists of circular pressure applied by the hands and pals, kneading, tapping, stretching and bending. Like many forms of massage this treats a range of conditions; increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, reducing muscle toxins and improves flexibility alongside easing tension.

Sports massage

Sports massage works deep in the muscles, readjusting muscle fibres & connective tissues, as well as getting rid of toxins. It improves flexibility & mobility, reduces pain and aids the body’s ability to recover with conditions related to sport injuries.

Deep tissue

Concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body and is recommended by many doctors as a treatment option. Deep tissue massage increases the flow of blood throughout the body alongside reducing inflammation that causes pain. It has a beneficial effect on blood pressure. Conditions helped include chronic pain, lower back & sciatica, postural problems, fibromyalgia and many other conditions.

Indian head massage

Massage focused on the head and neck, relieves muscle tension improving the mobility in the upper body and neck. Improves blood circulation to the head and neck and improves lymphatic drainage also from the head and neck.

Hot stones therapy

Treatment where a luxurious warm oil is applied to the skin, then warm stones are massaged all over. The therapeutic heat slowly radiates into the muscles, inducing a calm state of relaxation. This expands blood vessels, encouraging blood flow throughout the body. When incorporated into the massage, the hot stones are extremely therapeutic.

Quantum touch (Healing Therapy)

This is a form of healing therapy. Life force energy is the foundation of health, we provide ‘Quantum Touch,’ developed by Richard Gordon this works by clearing the blocks in our emotional, spiritual and physical circuitry, allowing the free flow of life sustaining energy. The human body has an extraordinary ability to heal itself. This for of therapy is provided by one of our practitioners with over 15 years of experience consisting of a range of different massage treatments with particular focus on healing.

With quantum touch the practitioner raises their vibration through breathing, body awareness and love which is received by the patient through the resting of hands. The practitioner simply holds a strong harmonising energy and the patient’s energy matches that vibration. The body’s innate spiritual intelligence decides how to use the energy in the best way possible, this energy is called ‘prana’ or ’chi’ by different cultures.

‘I am thrilled at the simplicity and effectiveness of this technique. Quantum Touch is a great awakening’. – John Jacobs, Ph.D.

Home Visits

We now also offer home visits for patients (depending on their location). We have witnessed many patients are either not in the physical state where they can easily travel to our premises or due to work commitments, prefer a home visit hence why we now offer this service. The therapist who specifically does our home visits is a very warm, bubbly, passionate and knowledgeable individual who regularly receives positive feedback.
